Jackie is a 2006 Graduate of Windber Area High School and attended Penn Highlands Community college. She took a career sabbatical to raise her 3 children before returning to work in the automotive industry as a service advisor and administrative assistant for a body shop.

Jackie joined Ickes Insurance Group in October 2021 and is currently studying to earn her property and casualty license. Jackie resides in Richland with her husband Brett and their children; Kendall, Cole, and Clayton.
